Q: How do I hire a Jukebox from Sydney Jukebox?
A: Either fill out the booking form or give us a call 0418 11 45 11. If you are only making an enquiry then please ask as many questions as you like.
I you choose to make a booking, please have your credit card handy as we will book it immediately and confirm booking the same day via email.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We cater for the entire Sydney metro area, excluding Liverpool and beyond.
Q: Do you charge extra for delivery and pick up?
A: Yes, so we encourage you to save money.
How to save money on your booking
- Pick up the jukebox from our showroom
- Have us deliver the jukebox and you return it to us, saving the return delivery cost
Q: How do I pay?
A: We ask you to pay a $100 deposit, this acts as a booking and also as a partial bond, in case there is damage done to our equipment while you are using it.
That deposit is returned either on our pick up, if we are able to test it, or alternatively after we bring it back to our showroom, turn it on and perform our standard tests.
Out of the many units rented out during the year, there is usually only one renter who shows little respect and damages our equipment.
Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: If you choose to go ahead and provide your credit card details, then your booking is confirmed immediately.
Q: Do you set up and show me how to operate the Jukebox?
A: Yes, we have a policy of not leaving your drop off point without absolutely confirming that you are confident how to use the equipment. And, we supply you with our mobile phone number to call if you forget how to use the three buttoned system.
Q: How long before my party should I book?
A: Weekdays you can usually book late, however most weekends demand is high both for our jukeboxes and karaoke systems.
Q: Can I add my own music to the jukebox?
A: You are welcome to connect your iPod to our system. That way, any songs we are unable to provide, you can via your iPod.
